oliveargyle: richard blais and chef brock, thanks for a great meal. it lasted for 4 hours, and i think my favorite part was the dessert (no, really?) – cornbread with creme fraiche and sweet tea sorbet. our table guests were interesting company, and i’m putting tastings like this on my To Do list…. I wish we would have known about this!!@?!@$?!@$! Would have been great. See you in Atlanta sometime, Blaze….
